Note: (1) Admission processing fees is non refundable.
(2) GD/PI will be held at the respective Admission Test Centres after the written test. Students failing to attend the GD PI at Admission Test Centres will have to appear for the same at GBSRC Pune.
(3) If there are no adequate number of applicants (minimum 10) appearing in any of the above mentioned MBA Admission Test Centres, then the applicants will have to appear in the nearest Centre.

Eligibility

A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories)
Method of calculating marks at qualifying examination for deciding eligibility .- While deciding the eligibility of the Candidates following procedure shall be adopted,-
(a) The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to two places after decimal and if the percentage of marks comes out to be 44.50% to 44.99% then it shall be rounded to 45% and if the percentage of marks comes out to be 44.01% to 44.49% shall be rounded to 44% for deciding the eligibility.
(b) If letter grades are assigned at SSC, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor of Science or its equivalent examination, the Candidate must submit the certificate of conversion of letter grades into equivalent marks from the concerned Competent Authority or Board at the time of submission of Application Form. The eligibility shall be decided on the basis of equivalent marks.
(c) If the Candidate reappears for the qualifying examination with all subjects then the marks obtained in the latest examination shall only be considered.

Candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the MBA Hospital & Health Systems Management Degree Courses Under Allied Health Sciences should have passed Degree in any one of the courses-viz.,
Medical- MBBS Indian Medicine- BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BNYS, BUMS
Dental- BDS Allied Health Sciences- B.Sc. (N), B.Pharm., B.Sc. (MLT), BPT & BOT B. Sc

Fee Structure

Annual fees payable by the candidates under different category is as follows:

The Annual fee shall be increased by 3% each year.
The annual fee is to be paid by a demand draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Director, Global Business School & Research Centre,” payable at Pune by the student at the time of counseling and issue of admission letter.

The Annual fee is to be paid by a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Principal, Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Nursing” Payable at Pune. by the student at the time of counseling and issue of admission letter.


Hostel Accommodation & Fees for Academic Year 2017-18
Hostel and Mess facilities (on payment basis) are available for both boys and girls who wish to avail the same. The rooms are well furnished along with the amenities like Internet facility, Doctor on Call, Hot water facility, Central TV room & Reading Room are also available.
Hostel Fees Rs. 65,000/-. Mess charges Rs. 65,000 . The hostel fees is to be paid by the student at the time of counselling and on-thespot admission session by a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favor of "Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth Society", payable at Pune.

University Eligibility and Registration Fee (One-time Fee)
15% (Fifteen Percent) of the Annual Fee, payable for the first year only, shall be paid by the student separately at the time of filing the Eligibility Application as University Eligibility & Registration Fee. This fee shall be paid by a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “Registrar, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pimpri” payable at Pune. (Note: The University Eligibility & Registration Fee is non-refundable.)

University Examination Fee
In addition to the above fees, the student shall pay the University Examination Fee every semester as prescribed by the university from time to time. Other conditions and formalities shall be as per the rule of the University.

Provisional Admission Fee
An initial Registration fee of Rs. 30,000/- (non refundable) will be payable on the basis of which provisional admission shall be given. This amount shall be adjusted in the total annual fee at the time of confirmation of admission. The remaining amount of annual fee shall be paid by the student at the time of confirmation of admission.

Rules for cancellation of an Admission and Refund of Fees:
• Admission to the course can be cancelled at the request of the student, on submission of an application, within time.
• The Student applying for cancellation of the admission on or before the last date of admission, he will be entitled to get refund of fees except administrative charges, provided seat is filled.

Instructions to Candidates

Instructions for Applying Online

  1. Visit http://admissions.dpu.edu.in to apply online
  2. Fill in your basic details and click on the Apply Now button
  3. Your LoginID along with the password will be sent on your emailID that you have provided.
  4. Open your email and search for the email received from us. It will have the subject as Registration Details and the sender will be DPU Admissions
  5. Note your Login Email and Password and click on the Login URL.
  6. Click on the Already Applied Tab and type the above details and click Sign In
  7. You will have your dashboard open in front of you.
  8. Fill the application form completely and upload all the required documents.
  9. Make the fee payment online.
  10. After the successful payment of the fees, you will not be able to make any changes in the Application Form
  11. On the dashboard, two links for printing Receipt and Application Form will be available. Take printout of both the documents for your reference.
  12. Link to print Admit Cards will be provided later and you will be intimated on your email ID and also through SMS on your given cell no.
  13. If you face any technical difficulty at any step while filling the application form, please mail us on the email ID provided on the dashboard of your login page.

Instructions for Applying Offline

Candidates are advised
  1. To read the instructions for filling up the application form given in the brochure.
  2. To affix photographs on the application form, Admit Card & Letter of Authorization (for Representation during selection process) taken from the same negative.
  3. To verify that the application form is signed by the candidate, candidate's parent/guardian and that the photograph is duly attested by the Head of the Institution along with the official seal, before submitting.
  4. To preserve the Fee Receipt and Admit Card safely and bring the same to the Test hall and produce it on demand.
  5. To use only black ballpoint pen for marking responses (answers) and for all other entries.
  6. To note that issue of Admit Card is just a provision for appearing in AIAHCET-17 and does not imply that the candidate is eligible for admission.
  7. To occupy the seat in the test hall at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the Test, and in any case, not after 11.30 am.
  8. Not to bring calculators, calculating devices like Cellular (mobile) phone / pager, etc. in the test hall.
  9. To enter the AIAHCET-17 Seat Number carefully on the answer sheet.
  10. Not to remove any page(s) from the Test Booklet. If any page(s) is/are found missing from his/her Test Booklet, he/she will be proceeded against and shall be liable for criminal action.
  11. Not to leave the test hall till the completion of Test, and handing over the Answer Sheet and Test Booklet to the invigilator.
