Instructions to Candidates
Documents Required
The candidate shall bring original and the photocopies of the
following documents at the time of admission
- NEET- MDS-2020 Admit Card with confirmation slip.
- NEET- MDS-2020 Marks sheet cum result certificate.
- NEET- MDS-2020 Rank sheet / Rank percentile.
- Statement of Marks of I, II, III, IV BDS examination
- Attempt Certificate
- BDS Degree/Passing Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate
- Registration Certificate (DCI/State DC)
- Gap Certificate Affidavit (If applicable)
- Any one of the authorized Photo IDs (Bring original at the time of counselling)
- (a) Pan Card
(b) Aadhaar Card
(c) Driving License
(d) Voter ID
(e) Passport
- Age, Nationality / Domicile Certificate/Passport (Photocopy)
- Cast, Validity & Non Creamy layer Certificate (if applicable)
- Bonafide Certificate from Dean
- Transfer Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Minimum 5 copies of photograph measuring 35x45 mm
with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the
candidate. A caption indicating the name of candidate
and date of taking the photograph should mentioned at
the bottom. The photograph should be taken in a
white/very light colored background.
- The duration of the post graduation Course is 3 years.
Admission Procedure
- NEET- PG prescribed as the single entrance examination to various MDS Course.
- National Board of Examinations has been notified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India to conduct on an All-India basis.
- NBE shall be conducting as a Computer Based NEET-PG Test (CBT) on 5th January 2020
Common Counseling
There shall be common counseling for admission to all
postgraduate course MDS in all Dental Educational Institution on
the basis of merit list of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance
Test. Common counseling shall be conducted by the Directorate C
General of Health Services.
