Note - The Processing Fee and the Entrance Test Fee is non - refundable.
Results will be displayed on the Vidyapeeth website at Results of individual candidate will not be communicated on telephone or by post.

The DPU will provide the facility of downloading Admit Cards of All India Entrance Test on website: Candidates are required to download the admit card from the website and follow the instructions given therein. Candidate may please note that admit cards will not be sent by the post.

The Admit Card will bear the candidate's Seat Number, Name, Father's Name, Photograph, Signature with Name and Address of examination centre allotted. The candidate should carefully examine the Admit Card downloaded by him/her for all the entries made therein.



A Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved categories)
Method of calculating marks at qualifying examination for deciding eligibility
While deciding the eligibility of the Candidates following procedure shall be adopted,-

  • The percentage of marks shall be calculated by rounding off to two places after decimal and if the percentage of marks comes out to be 49.50% to 49.99% then it shall be rounded to 50% and if the percentage of marks comes out to be 49.01% to 49.49% shall be rounded to 49% for deciding the eligibility.
  • If letter grades are assigned at SSC, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor of Science or its equivalent examination, the Candidate must submit the certificate of conversion of letter grades into equivalent marks from the concerned Competent Authority or Board at the time of submission of Application Form. The eligibility shall be decided on the basis of equivalent marks.
  • If the Candidate reappears for the qualifying examination with all subjects then the marks obtained in the latest examination shall only be considered.

Additional Eligibility for admission to specialization in Hospital & Healthcare Management
Candidates belonging to all categories for admission to the MBA Hospital & Health Systems Management Degree Courses Under Allied Health Sciences should have passed Degree in any one of the courses-viz.
- Medical- MBBS
- Indian Medicine- BAMS, BHMS, BSMS, BNYS, BUMS
- Dental- BDS
- Allied Health Sciences- B.Sc. (N), B.Pharm., B.Sc. (MLT), BPT & BOT B. Sc

Additional Eligibility for admission to MBA Agribusiness Management Programme
Candidates with minimum 50% marks (45% reserved categories) in graduation from following disciplines from a recognized university:

Bachelors' Degree Preferably in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agrochemicals, Dairy Science / Technology, Fisheries, Food Science/ Technology, Forestry, Horticulture or ANY GRADUATE with interest or experience in Agribusiness or Graduates working in Agribusiness, NGO's, co-operative can apply

- Experience Certificate (If applicable)
- 3 Passport size Photographs
- Age, Caste & Nationality Certificate
- AIU Equivalent Certificate (For NRI/PIO/FN Category) PIO or FN, who is studying for the qualifying examination in school / college located in India, is excluded

University Eligibility and Registration Fee (One-time Fee)
15% (Fifteen Percent) of the Fee payable for the first year only, shall be paid by the student separately at the time of filing the Eligibility Application as University Eligibility & Registration Fee. This fee shall be paid by a Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Dr. D.Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune” payable at Pune.
(Note: The University Eligibility & Registration Fee is non-refundable)

The Annual fee shall be increased by 3% each year.
The annual fee is to be paid by NEFT / RTGS / Demand Draft in favour of “The Director, Global Business School & Research Centre, Pune” payable at Pune by the student at the time of counseling and issue of admission letter.

Hostel Accommodation & Fees for Academic Year 2021-22

Hostel and Mess facilities (on payment basis) are available for both boys and girls who wish to avail the same. The rooms are well furnished along with the amenities like Internet facility, Doctor on Call, Hot water facility, Central TV room & Reading Room are also available.

University Examination Fee

In addition to the above fees, the student shall pay the University Examination Fee every semester as prescribed by the university from time to time. Other conditions and formalities shall be as per the rule of the University.

Provisional Admission Fee
An initial Registration fee of Rs. 30,000/- will be payable on the basis of which provisional admission shall be given. This amount shall be adjusted in the total annual fee at the time of confirmation of admission. The remaining amount of annual fee shall be paid by the student at the time of confirmation of admission.

Rules for cancellation of an Admission and Refund of Fees:

Cancellations of admission if any shall be applied before commencement of classes.

Instructions to Candidates

Candidates are advised to:

  1. To take a printout of Admit Card and keep with you before starting the online Test.
  2. As this is a proctor based online Test the Candidate can start the exam after due verification and satisfaction of the online proctor.
  3. The Admit Card or applying to Entrance Test does not guarantee admission in MBA programme.
  4. Complete the online Test in stipulated time after successful login for the Entrance Test.
  5. In case of electricity failure the student can appear from any other computer or laptop using the same login and can complete the exam till the given time.
  6. In case of any dispute the university decision will be final.

Instructions for Applying Online

  1. Visit to apply online.
  2. Fill in your basic details and click on the Apply Now button.
  3. You will have your dashboard open in front of you. Also welcome mail containing your login ID and password will be sent on your registered email ID.
  4. You can use these details to login later.
  5. Fill the application form completely and upload all the required documents.
  6. Make the fee payment online.
  7. After completion of entire form with payment, click on ‘Submit’ button. Your admission form will get submitted.
  8. After the successful payment of the fees, you will not be able to make any changes in the Application Form.
  9. On the dashboard, two links for printing Receipt and Application Form will be available. Take printout of both the documents for your reference.
  10. Link to print Admit Cards will be provided later and you will be intimated on your email ID and also through SMS on your given mobile number.
  11. If you face any technical difficulty at any step while filling the application form, please mail us on the email ID provided on the dashboard of your login page.

Issue of Admit cards

  1. All the candidates who have submitted the online application form, need to download the Admit Card online two weeks before the day of Entrance Test. The admit card will indicate the seat number allotted to the candidate.
  2. The candidate needs to take a printout, show the same as required by the proctor for authentication purpose.
  3. The online proctor can terminate the exam if cheating or malpractice is observed.
