NRI/PIO/FN Category

Indian Nationals, Non Resident Indians (NRI's), Overseas Citizen of Indian (OCI's), Persons of Indian Origin (PIO's) & Foreign Nationals are eligible for appearing in the NATIONAL ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (UG), 2019

The Birth Certificate indicating name of the candidate, Secondary School Certificate i.e. SSC or equivalent examination certificate or School Leaving Certificate endorsing the date of birth will constitute a valid proof.

The candidate must have passed the qualifying examination i.e. Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/12th Standard) or equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology).

A candidate belonging to Open Category must have obtained not less than 50% (i.e. 150 out of 300) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination. A candidate belonging to constitutional reservation and constitutional reservation with Person with disability claim must have obtained not less than 40% (i.e. 120 out of 300) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination. Person with disability candidate in General category must secure not less than 45% marks (i.e. 135 out of 300) in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination.

NEET eligible candidate on the basis of All India Rank and Percentile of Marks obtained in the NEET (UG-2019)

Fee Structure

Annual fee structure for the candidate, admitted to the course, under different categories shall be as follows:

BAMS (UG) ₹ 3,80,000/- US $ 11000

The Annual fee shall be increased by 3% each years
(Note: Annual Fee includes Tuition Fee, Development Fee and other Fee)
The Annual fee for the first year BAMS is to be paid by the student at the time of counselling and for provisional admission session by NEFT / RTGS / Demand Draft in favour of the "Principal, Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Reserch Centre, Pimpri, Pune" payable at Pune.

University Eligibility & Registration Fee (One-time Fee) Fifteen Percent (15%) of the Annual Fee, payable for the first year only, shall be paid by the student separately at the time of filling in the Eligibility Application, as University Eligibility & Registration Fee, which shall be paid by the Demand Draft (DD) Drawn in favour of the “Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pimpri”, payable at Pune.

(Note: The University Eligibility & Registration Fee is non refundable.)

University Examination Fee
In addition to the above fees the student shall pay the University Examination Fee as prescribed by the University from time to time. Other conditions and formalities shall be as per the Rules of the University.

Hostel Fee

Hostel with Telephone, Internet & Mess facilities are available & it is compulsory for 1st year of admission.
Hostel Fee per student for 3 seater Non AC Rs. 1,80,200/- Lakh including food for General and 3000 US $ + INR 200/-for NRI.

Admission Procedure


National Testing Agency has been notified by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India to conduct NEET-UG 2019 on an All-India basis.
The admissions to BAMS course shall be done on the basis of All India Rank and Percentile of Marks obtained in the NEET (UG- 2019) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), Delhi & Counselling will be done as per Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India Rules.
  • 1st year BAMS admission under Deemed University Ayurved Colleges will be conducted out by AYUSH Admission Central Counselling Comittee (AACCC) by Ministry of AYUSH, New Delhi.
  • The eligible candidate should apply online /register online on AYUSH website : www.ayush.gov.in or AACCC website: www.aaccc.gov.in
  • Without registration to AYUSH Admission Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) on website www.aaccc.gov.in candidate will not be eligible for admission.
  • Merit/Selection list will be published by AACCC about allotted college. Candidate has to report to allotted college in stipulated time with required original documents and prescribed fees for admission which is displayed on www.aaccc.gov.in as well as www.ayurved.dypvp.edu.in Always visit www.aaccc.gov.in regarding admission.

  • NEET (UG-2019) Mark sheet
  • Nationality certificate issued by District Magistrate/Addl. District Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate (Competent Authority for issue of such certificate)/ valid Indian passport /School Leaving Certificate of HSC/12th Std. indicating the nationality of the candidate as‘Indian’.
  • Domicile Certificate
  • S.S.C. (or equivalent) passing certificate (for Date of Birth)
  • H.S.C. (or equivalent) examination mark sheet
  • College Leaving Certificate
  • Medical fitness Certificate
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
